Postage:

All our items will be sent either in gift boxes or sweet little organza bags. All of our items are sent Post Free to the UK mainland! They will be sent by 2nd class post. If you require any other service e.g. Recorded or overseas please contact us before you purchase so we can work out the postage.

Returns Policy:

We operate a 7 day return policy if you don't like the item when you get it but you have to pay the return postage. We will refund by Paypal excluding the cost of postage (so just the item price). If you have an accident and break or damage a piece contact us and we will arrange for a repair. We will give you a quote including return postage but you have to pay to post the item to us. We do not accept return of earrings for hygiene reasons.

Commissions:

We love to take on commissions - email us with your requirements and we will get in touch to discuss specifics.

Special Offers:

We run special offers from time to time so always check each page to see what we have. You must note, however, that not every piece is included in the specials, we do change them occasionally. All of our items are one-offs at the moment. If you require more than one please email us, but do be aware that availability is dependent upon supply of the materials.
